Our company plans to build an aluminum extrusion press facility on a total area of 19,200 m², consisting of four production lines, each 161 meters in length. The facility is primarily designed for exports to Europe, Canada, and the United States. After commissioning, the main focus will be on the automotive and defense industries.
For the first construction phase, an investment of USD 35 million has already been made in machinery and equipment. The planned annual production capacity is 35,000–40,000 tons of aluminum, which corresponds to an annual investment volume of approximately USD 100 million, based on an average aluminum price of around USD 3,000 per ton.
On the second plot, we plan an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons, with an estimated investment of USD 55–60 million, including working capital. The facility will operate in three shifts and is expected to create approximately 850 jobs.
Recruitment has already partially started with the support of İŞKUR, and the full recruitment process is scheduled to begin within the next two months.
